What's on your 'someday' list? What comes to mind when you daydream about things you'd like to do and goals you'd like to achieve?
The reality is, it’s so easy to unintentionally sideline those dreams. Sometimes we just spend too much time socializing. Or living a too-digital life. Or dealing with anxiety, stress, or confidence issues. Substance use and drinking sucks up the drive to work toward dreams and goals. The time just slips away.
Maybe it’s time to evaluate how you’re spending your time and energy, in order to make positive choices and start working toward some of those goals – or just having fun trying out new and interesting things.
